Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is tired of spaghetti code and quick fixes. You will be the technical anchor for our delivery team, architecting secure, scalable web applications for UK clients and championing our Quality Engineering philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and deploy web apps using React.js/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js/Python (backend).
- Design scalable database schemas (SQL & NoSQL) and API structures for performance and security.
- Lead on quality: apply TDD, write unit/integration tests, and strengthen CI/CD pipelines.
- Review code and mentor juniors to uphold high engineering standards.
- Ensure solutions follow OWASP security and WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
- Deep JavaScript/TypeScript expertise beyond frameworks.
- Strong React.js/Next.js experience, including performance optimization.
- Solid Node.js or Python (Django/FastAPI) backend experience building secure APIs.
- Strong database design skills with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
